Auxiliar de Fiscalización – Sector Construcción

About the role

The company is seeking an Auxiliar de Fiscalización to support administrative and financial tasks within the construction sector. The role focuses on accurately identifying, classifying, and recording payments and deposits, ensuring proper reconciliation in the company’s systems.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and validate deposits and payments against supporting documents.
• Assign each payment to the correct client, project, contract, or concept.
• Apply and distribute payments in the appropriate systems or records.
• Follow up on unidentified or incomplete deposits.
• Review transfers, checks, and other payment methods.
• Request and track missing payment documentation when needed.
• Detect duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent payments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date controls for pending payments and deposits.
• Prepare periodic reports on identified, pending, and applied payments.
• Coordinate with Collections, Accounting, Treasury, Customer Service, and Fiduciary Management to clarify transactions.
• Organize and retain all payment‑related documentation.

Required profile

• University student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Experience in administrative, accounting, cash handling, collections, reconciliation or payment processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Preferably experience in construction, real‑estate or fiduciary companies.
