Auxiliar de Cobranza – Sector Construcción

About the role

We are looking for a Collection Assistant specialized in the construction sector. The professional will manage the project portfolio, follow up financing disbursements for buyers, and handle invoice digitization within our document-management system.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor pre‑qualification financing processes before purchase option signing.
• Track buyer financing approval through to final contract signing and fund disbursement.
• Maintain direct contact with banks, financial entities and fiduciary trusts.
• Coordinate and follow up on the portfolio by phone and written communication.
• Prepare periodic portfolio reports for management and project income forecasts.
• Provide telephone and personalized service to clients, resolving their requests.
• Receive, digitize and upload invoices, credit notes and related documents into the Sinco (or equivalent) system for accounting and treasury.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Professional or technologist degree in administration, finance, accounting, economics or related fields.
• Minimum two years of experience in portfolio collection for real‑estate projects under fiduciary trusts and in administrative processes related to supplier and contractor invoicing.
• Strong sense of responsibility for information and monetary handling.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Proficiency with office productivity tools.
• Experience using Sinco or a comparable document‑management/budget‑control software.
