About the role
We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to support the daily operations of the accounting and finance department at ACCOUNT SRL. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Santo Domingo and involves recording transactions, performing bank reconciliations and maintaining documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Record daily accounting entries in the ERP system.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify balances.
- File and organize accounting documents and invoices.
- Assist in preparing periodic internal financial reports.
- Support the review of invoices and supporting vouchers.
Required profile
- Basic knowledge of general accounting and finance principles.
- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
- Team‑oriented mindset and good communication skills.
- Relevant education in Accounting, Finance, Administration or related fields.
Required skills
- Proficiency with accounting ERP software.
- Strong skills in spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel).
