About the role

The Account Associate will be responsible for managing commercial and logistical activities for the MK brand with assigned clients in Santo Domingo. The role focuses on implementing negotiated terms, maximizing brand competitiveness, and supporting the company's health‑and‑wellness mission.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned clients end‑to‑end, ensuring successful execution of commercial and logistical strategies.
• Handle commercial activities (order processing, sales evacuation) and logistics (order taking, placement, distribution network management).
• Implement variables negotiated by the account management team.
• Monitor client relationships and address issues to maintain high service levels.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or sales positions.
• Proven experience in account management and knowledge of the local market.

Required skills

• Strong commercial and logistical capabilities.
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Competence with computer information systems.
