About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate in Assurance to join its External Audit team in Santo Domingo. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from fast‑growing local businesses to large multinational brands, delivering high‑quality assurance services and business advice.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audit procedures and data analysis to support client engagements.
• Identify improvement opportunities and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with risk management and regulatory standards.
• Communicate findings clearly in written reports and verbal presentations.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
• 1–2 years of experience in audit or accounting functions.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Data handling and analysis.
• Understanding of risk management and compliance procedures.
