PwC is seeking a Senior Audit Assistant to join its Assurance team in Santo Domingo. The role offers the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from fast‑growing businesses to large multinational brands, and to apply modern technology to enhance audit quality and corporate governance.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage feedback and reflection to develop self‑awareness and address development areas.
• Delegate tasks to junior team members, providing coaching and stretch opportunities.
• Apply critical thinking to structure and solve unstructured business problems.
• Utilise a broad range of audit tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and relevance, both your own and that of others.
• Select appropriate tools for each situation and clearly explain the rationale.

Required profile
