About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position supports the sales team at CANA BLUE Punta Cana. The Sales Assistant helps agents and clients with inquiries, delivers high‑quality customer service, and helps coordinate sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general assistance across the sales office, supporting Administration, Marketing and Sales departments.
• Assign clients to available agents.
• Assist with new listings and new real‑estate projects.
• Support organizational tasks and keep sales processes orderly.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen actively and empathise.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation.
• Effective communication in both English and Spanish.
• Sales aptitude to identify and pursue opportunities.
• Organisational ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
