About the role

The Recruitment and Selection Analyst will manage end‑to‑end hiring processes for assigned positions, ensuring the organization attracts and secures qualified talent in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment and selection cycle for assigned roles.
• Define and validate job profiles together with hiring managers.
• Publish vacancies across multiple recruitment channels and drive candidate attraction.
• Conduct active sourcing and headhunting based on role complexity.
• Screen and filter resumes according to established criteria.
• Perform competency‑based phone, virtual, and on‑site interviews.
• Administer and coordinate psychometric and technical assessments as needed.
• Schedule interviews with leaders and maintain candidate follow‑up.
• Handle reference checks and pre‑hire validations.
• Keep recruitment data up‑to‑date in relevant platforms and systems.
• Maintain constant communication with candidates and internal clients to ensure a positive experience.
• Support job fairs, internship programs, employer branding activities, and other talent‑attraction initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection processes.
• Proficiency in competency‑based interviewing techniques.
• Experience using recruitment platforms and LinkedIn for sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with psychometric testing and candidate evaluation methods.
• Preferable experience in mass‑consumer, retail or similar sectors.
