About the role

You will be responsible for identifying, attracting and selecting the right talent for the organization, ensuring efficient recruitment and selection processes that align with business needs and company culture. You will also manage the administrative aspects of the process and support both hiring areas and candidates throughout each stage.

Key responsibilities

• Develop job profiles together with hiring managers, clarifying duties, requirements and expectations.
• Screen CVs and pre‑select candidates based on defined criteria.
• Coordinate and conduct competency‑based interviews.
• Prepare candidate evaluation reports and present shortlists to hiring areas.
• Maintain continuous communication with candidates and internal clients throughout the selection process.
• Organize interviews, technical tests and psychometric assessments when applicable.

Required profile

• Graduate in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment and selection, preferably for administrative positions.
• Knowledge of competency‑based interview techniques.
• Proficiency with Office tools, especially intermediate Excel.
• Effective communication skills and a strong orientation toward internal clients.
