About the role

The Banco Múltiple LAFISE seeks a Benefits and Employee Experience Analyst to serve as the primary point of contact for staff, ensuring timely handling of their requests and fostering a culture of wellbeing and integration.

Key responsibilities

• Process loan and salary‑advance requests, verify compliance with internal credit policies, and coordinate execution with Payroll.
• Issue income certificates, employment letters, and manage logistics for employee lodging and service commissions.
• Support market benchmark studies to identify best practices in benefits and employee experience.
• Maintain and update physical and digital documentation, ensuring adherence to operational risk policies and AML/FT regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in similar HR or personnel services roles.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with HR and payroll management systems (e.g., Evolution, SAP or similar).
• Corporate writing and handling of employee financial procedures.
