About the role

The Cost Control Analyst will integrate proposal requests, cost analysis, and procurement processes throughout project phases. The role focuses on estimating costs and ensuring efficient investment management for construction and remodeling initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Quantify material, labor, and equipment quantities using On Screen Takeoff, AutoCAD, Revit or Presto to generate tender item lists.
• Distribute tender documents to pre‑selected contractors and suppliers, collect economic proposals, and address their inquiries.
• Prepare budget items for smaller projects based on AutoCAD or Revit designs to assess investment feasibility and secure approvals.
• Review and validate final estimates and budgets from general and technical contractors for store and location construction/remodeling, applying audit procedures on volumes and prices, and provide observations and recommendations.

Required profile

• Graduate in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in similar cost‑control or budgeting roles.
• Proven experience preparing budgets for multiple projects.
