Administrador de Condominio

About the role

The Condominium Administrator will oversee daily operations of Belanova Building, ensuring smooth functioning, proper maintenance, and an appealing presentation. This role acts as the main point of contact between tenants, owners, and building staff while also supporting the marketing of available commercial spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as liaison among tenants, employees, and owners, maintaining constant communication.
• Attend to and follow up on tenant requests.
• Supervise building personnel and manage cleaning, security, and other general services.
• Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and ensure the building’s overall image, including lobby, parking, hallways, signage, landscaping, and façade.
• Manage suppliers and contractors, request quotations, and monitor work progress.
• Track unit availability and arrange visits with potential clients and real‑estate brokers.

Required profile

• Experience in condominium administration, property management, operations, or hospitality (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• General knowledge of building maintenance and operations.
• English language skills are a plus.
• Professional presence, strong organization, initiative, and service orientation.
