About the role
The Accounts Payable Clerk ensures timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments while maintaining compliance with company policies. This role supports the finance team through effective communication, attention to detail, and reliable execution of AP tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and record supplier invoices according to agreed terms.
- Perform three‑way match by validating invoices against purchase orders and receipt confirmations.
- Reconcile vendor statements, resolve missing invoices, short payments, and discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to AP policies and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Provide backup documentation for audit samples promptly.
- Assist with month‑end close activities, including account reconciliations and reporting.
- Guarantee accurate and on‑time invoice entry and payment processing.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in a similar accounts payable role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency.
