Senior AI-Native Engineering Lead (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking a Senior AI‑Native Engineering Lead to join client teams remotely across Latin America. You will work side‑by‑side with designers and engineers, driving AI‑first development practices from planning through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate AI capabilities into the full software development lifecycle using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.
• Architect, develop, and ship large‑scale production systems with a focus on quality and scalability.
• Establish engineering standards, code quality metrics, and continuous integration/delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration, and prompt engineering into products.
• Maintain and improve backend services (Python) and full‑stack applications (Node.js, React, Next.js, TypeScript).

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with AI‑native SDLC practices.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven track record designing and delivering complex, production‑grade software.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work autonomously in Agile/Scrum environments.
